Refund Policy

Returns for exchange or refund require prior written approval from ICAO and are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of any returned order. It may take up to two months to receive a refund.  Please note that a $30 administrative fee will also be charged.

The deadline to submit a request for a refund is:

• 30 days after the shipping date for print publications;
• 14 days after the purchase date for digital products, including publications and data products;
• 14 days prior to the start of classroom or virtual training events; or
• 7 days after the purchase date for self-paced training*

*Refunds for self-paced training can only be issued if:

• you have requested it within 7 days of purchase for any self-paced course;
• you have not completed more than 10% of the course content;
• you have not completed (or attempted to complete) any tests; and
• you have not received a Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation (whether digital or physical) on the course.

Please note an administration fee of 30$ USD will be deducted.
