3LD and Telephony Designator (New Request)
PIN codes must be used within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. After this period, unused PIN codes will no longer be eligible for use. Customers who still require access after the expiry period will need to purchase a new PIN at the applicable rate.
Three-letter and telephony designators are assigned on a worldwide basis to an aircraft operating or servicing company for commercial domestic/international operations.
If you are an aircraft operating agency, aeronautical authority or service provider associated with international aviation and you need a three-letter and a telephony designator intended for use on the international aeronautical telecommunications services, please purchase this PIN and copy/paste it in the New Request Form that you will find in the 3LD website under Industry.
