Online orders can be paid using Visa, MasterCard or Paypal.
American Express orders can be made by email, fax, telephone or mail.
In all cases, please state the cardholder’s name, credit card number, expiry date and billing address.
Orders paid by credit card are normally delivered within 10 working days worldwide for regular courier and 5 to 6 working days for express courier, so customers are encouraged to use credit cards for fastest service.
To facilitate purchases of ICAO publications or to allow for standing orders, customers can establish a deposit account with a minimum initial deposit of USD 400.00
Customers are required to maintain sufficient funds to avoid delay in delivery of documents.

Cheque or money order
These should be made payable to International Civil Aviation Organization, in U.S. dollars, drawn on a bank located in Canada or the United States, and mailed to:

Only regular mail can be accepted at the Case Postale address.
Please provide your bank with the order number whenever possible.
Mail, fax or email your order to ICAO (Attention: Sales and Customer Relationship Unit) and include a copy of the bank transfer details.
